It was super convenient dude was cool . Truck 26 ft truck can use some work but otherwise everything was great ! I would go there again 😎

Trailer broke part of my bumper

TIMOTHY SThe place was very unclean and poorly run. We pulled up and weren’t even sure if it was open. The inside was in disarray. The worker went to get our keys out of the lockbox and could not get the lock undone and tried for almost 10 mins. He then reassigned us a new truck and gave us the keys to that one, but was not able to give us paperwork evidence of the truck change and when I went to take pics, it was not updated on my end so the license plate did not match so I went back inside and told him I can’t take the wrong truck. He insisted I could but then I said ok I will if you give me some printed proof so there is no question when I return the “wrong” truck. He said he had no ability to print anything so I refused to take the truck that didn’t match my paperwork and the online form so then he went back to the lockbox and basically had to break the thing open and got me the key to the correct truck. It took over a half hour to get my truck and it was only us and the worker there. The worker was incredibly rude and indignant. Glad we finally got our truck but it should have only taken 5 mins, not over a half hour!!

YARROW MOverall experience was was terrible would not recommend nor would I go through u- haul again. U- haul needs to get more qualified pick up and drop off locations.
KENNETH KI was charged $75 dollars for holding when picked up. Will never go to this location again and get charged another "fee" that wasn't supposed to charge me. Just for the workers to tell me that there isn't really anything they can do but have me wait 24-48 hours.
CERA CWell for one the guy in charge the owner I guess his son changed the time in the computer of when we were supposed to return our truck he put 12:00 he tried to Red List us and make us pay more the lady that was taking it over the position saw us across the street gassing up at the time we were supposed to be back but he tried to hurry up and red line us and e-file us or whatever it was so we couldn't get another U-Haul ever that's shady Shady scandalous stuff and because he's the owner son he gets away with it something needs to be done about that that gives you all a bad name I will never recommend you all we finished signing the paperwork at 12:39 that's what our receipt said that's what it said in the computer on her end but he changed it to 12:00 but I had the receipt on my phone that was mailed to me we went out to the parking lot we looked at the truck they had me do a survey and I left a lot at 1:00 got there 107 but they seen me across the street at 1:00 gassing up my next call is the Better Business Bureau because for them to do that and make money on us when money wasn't due to and to falsified documents and then leave us to hang to never use a U-Haul again yeah something needs to be wrong with that dude needs to get fired I don't care if he's the owner son or not will never recommend you whenever you do again I will drive to Mountain Home and use Penske if I have to all I have to say is to anybody who uses U-Haul on 5th street across the street from the gas station they need to watch every bit of their time keep their receipts and watch what happens when they come back

ANDREW RThe ratchet straps that went around the car tires kept coming undone. Had to constantly pull over and tighten them down. I believe that the straps that came with the trailer are a HUGE safety risk
