The truck was nasty not clean at all and the brakes need to be changed ASAP. That truck was not safe to drive at all.

April BThe staff was extremely welcoming. However, the truck didn’t have gas in it. It was at 7 miles to empty when I picked it up. I was informed of this before I received the keys. The agent was very apologetically about it. I’m having an issue being charged for not filling back up to a 1/4 tank.

Roger RThe truck was missing the ramp, no lock was provided and I had to wait over 3 hours after my rental time for them to repair the ramp which never worked correctly the entire time I had the truck causing moving delays and extra mileage. I was overcharged for rental and mileage which I contacted uhaul about. I was informed that a supervisor would call me in order to update my account instead they keep trying to charge my account for extra monies that I don't owe because I paid for services the day of my rental. I have tried calling several times and the rental agency has as well but to no avail I still haven't received a phone call. Today I received a credit collection email which I responded to about the difficulties I'm experiencing so hopefully I'll get a phone call or response from that department to resolve the issue.

Aurther CThe staff was very kind and courteous and extremely helpful and made it so I was in and out and under 10 to 15 minutes I was hooked up and gone so I truly appreciate everything they done.
Shawn WBetter customer service, a one way rental was set as return to the same pickup location. I want use u haul again. The guy at C&H Equipment Rentals LLC 332 N Main St Shelby NC 28152 Set there place as the return location. If I had drop it in DeSoto I would have been charged for wrong location drop off . I was told this by a location. On my online one way drop off was DeSoto. I don't know what he did but he set it as drop of in Shelby nc. I tried talking to customer service,sales, schedule to tried to get everything straight and to no avail. I had no choice but to waste fuel to drive back to drop it off. As we had to return back home to drop it off. That only left us paying more cost in gas,food.
Kathy PExcellent service! Tech at the location helped make sure hitch was secure and hooked up properly. Helped change from a 1-7/8" ball to a 2" ball. Ball on my hitch was very tight and took a big wrench and cheater bar to get it off. I did not have that kind of tool with me, so saved me a lot of trouble.
Kenneth SThe address is "Shelby", but is actually in Boiling Springs. Seemed kind of strange when you pull it up on GPS. It is not in Shelby proper, but all worked out just fine.

Michael CThis is close on Sunday but if you a couple hours late on the day they are closed they still charge for another day. Lisa tried to charge me more at this place even though I already done everything online.

Yvonne DWas told 24 hour rental, received notice 4 hr later saying it was late, called rental place C & H rental in shelby nc. I ask how and why I'm late when you told me 24hr rental, company said not sure but we change too 6 hour rental I stated but that not what you told me and we agree to before renting. I had to stop what I was doing which was taking clothes to funeral home for my aunt who just passed away rush back driving fast over 1hr 30 min away swap vehicle then drive fast to return rental equipment which was another 15 min away. This situation really put alot of stress on me and I had to drive speeding and unsafe to make time. I will not return to that business maybe never use Uhaul again.

Roland BNever received notification that my pick up location was different from where I reserved the trailer until a text the day before pick up. Why do I have to get it, why don’t you transport to pickup location or give discount if I have to go out of my way to pickup??
