I can't recommend highly enough. The owners are incredible people, very helpful and provide excellent service. The truck we rented was immaculate. Get insurance!!! We did and were thankful for it. While coming over McClure Pass we were hit by a rolling rock that flattened a tire and bent a rim. Roadside assistance was amazing and timely. All the owners cared about was if we were safe and uninjured, nothing else mattered. Wow, what can I say? They care, they have pride in ownership and you will come away caring for them!!!!

The location was a little out of the way but not far, the personnel on site was wonderful she was very kind and approachable, the way your grandma would be. She was quick to help me and guide me through the process of dropping off the trailer I had. I didn’t catch her name however she was absolutely amazing.

The folks here were so kind and fantastic and helped me out, I was stranded 700 miles from home and they were closed and took time out of their evening to send me back on my way with a truck and a dolly. They were so kind and sincere. I made it home safe and they called to make sure I was ok! These folks are truley the kindest souls. The price U-Haul charged is un justified, it’s pathetic you rob people for thousands.

The pickup went ok. could have been better if the agent was more efficient in the process. the checking took way longer than expected and I was the only one there.

I absolutely will be doing all of my business with these wonderful people again they made moving a very enjoyable experience for us and were very grateful that they could help us out with a box truck on a Saturday afternoon no one else was open that day we had to dive about 20 miles away but they will be the ones we go to when we move into our house in about 2 weeks thank you so much

A misunderstanding on delivery date of the truck caused upset. I paid for 5 days and they wanted it in 4. They apologized for the mistake and refund me $100.00 for bringing it back a day early.
