Way over priced the way up charged on miles ended up paying an outrageous amount….never recommend using U-Haul for moves unless its across the state or states away or it will be a complete ripoff

Not charge someone $131 for 2 days when they only had the truck for about 11 hours. You are a bunch of thieves!!! I would recommend Budget to anyone moving. I only moved less than 4 miles. Wow your company is sad!!!

Firstly trotwood didn’t have a car carrier and the closest way I could get one is Greenville. The guy at the counter added road hazard insurance without asking me first telling me after he swiped my card. The left blinker was out and it had a flat tire.
