JUSTIN HARLEY B.Trailer lights didn't work. An i got pulled over by an got a warning about my trailer lights not working. An it delayed my time getting back to Colorado for work. So I had road side assistant come out an then the truck lights went out. The truck had a really hard time hauling the trailer.

I called and tried getting switched back to my original location, since they had 2 trucks that would suit my needs, and your rude and incompetent operator tried arguing with me and refused to listen to my, the one paying you money, needs. Luckily the guy at C&A motors saw how upset I was and he took care of me. I don't appreciate people that I am paying money to to be rude to me and refuse to listen to a simple request. As I told the rude guy on the phone I will not be using your services again because, apparently, you forgot that the customer is always right and my need for a closer to my work site request was not an unreasonable request. You are not the only service out there ..... Start acting like it.

Kayla H.I rented exact trailer in Orlando Florida for $107, this one cost me over $300!!!!! For a one way rental to Orlando!!! Their justification was U-Haul has to many trailers being dropped in Florida! That not my fault!

Timothy E.The uhaul was immaculate. Gas was at 3/4 of a tank so plenty available without having to add any to it before use. Process was simple and easy and the location was very easy to get too and get the uhaul in and out of the parking lot.

Glenn M K.Note that not all locations can accept trailer returns, and this site is closed on Sunday. Also, having an area marked for returning equipment off hours would be helpful. We wanted to be "good customers". Not a big deal, and the site is VERY easy to find and it was very easy to drop off our trailer.
