Uhaul messed up twice my reservation. One of yours dealers rented the trailer that was fir me without Uhaul knowing it. Uhaul change the location twice where I had to pick the trailer up. Shame on you

Jeffrey DI got the U-Haul and thought I needed it for two days and only needed it for a couple hours and I feel as if we did not use it for the time that we need it. The money should be back on the account. I don’t agree with taking the money if we didn’t use your services for the correct time that we needed it we used it for five hours, but we paid for two days in the money was not on the account.

ROMAN PI did not ask for his name but he came out took the tow dolly off the truck, put it where he wanted it and emailed me a receipt. In and out in 5 minutes!!! Professional, friendly and very efficient.

Frank WUpdate your system to allow a choice of times to pickup the truck. I tried to schedule online, but the system only allowed times between midnight and 3am. Otherwise, nothing else.

JOSE AThe driver seatbelt needs rewinding. It would not work properly on my return trip. The engine may need servicing, as it struggled on my outward trip, with a load. The "Tow/Haul" light was on both ways, but I did not know if this was normal, or I was supposed to do something.
