John was extremely helpful and provided great customer service! He explained everything thoroughly and made sure that the correct size truck was available onsite for pick up on our requested date. Truck was clean & like new. Could not have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend C&T Rental and will definitely use them again when needed.

I was charged for over 100 miles which I didn't drive. When I got in the truck. I plugged my GPS the lighter, and put in 6000 Creek rd Blue Ash Ohio. It said destination was 56 miles away. Drove to Creek Rd and home which would be appt 112 miles, I was charged for driving the truck 220 miles. There is no way I drove 220 miles. I was asked if I took a picture of the milage before we left. And I didn't. I wouldn't even think of doing that. I know exactly were I went and how far I drove.

The truck I used was in terrible mechanical condition. It could hardly move. The steering wheel was so loose it was scary. At one point the steering wheel was stuck. The cab filled up with exhaust fumes. I'm glad I didn't have far to go. The truck was clean but mechanically unsound and dangerous. I will always recommend C and T.

You need to have a rewards program, we have rented 4 different trucks in the past 7 days. Or atleast a discount for people who have to move a lot of things.

Friendly staff and service. I was informed to call upon arrival which the number provided was not to the location but Uhaul service line which was unnecessary and involved waiting on a rep just to tell me I was in the right place. I could have saved time by just walking in.

Way over priced the way up charged on miles ended up paying an outrageous amount….never recommend using U-Haul for moves unless its across the state or states away or it will be a complete ripoff
