When I realized that the reserved unit wsa far too big for my needs, Eric very quickly found exactly what I needed and made the changes to make it happen. He was very busy with other clients that day and I very much appreciated the time that he gave me.

Any mistake ever made was corrected same day by the owners. The managers were willing to allow me to make a payment late and not start the auction process once. I really will miss storing here.

It is unfortunate that the limo facility next door is often discourteous to the storage members by blocking the keypad to the exit.
