I attempted to drop off the equipment an hour earlier than required: at 11 AM. Despite office hours saying it should’ve been opened, it was closed. I locked up the vehicle and put the key in the dropbox and then noticed a small sticker saying to do mobile Check out or get charged the service fee. When I started the mobile app process, discovered that it required a photo of the odometer, which was now impossible because the key was already in the dropbox and vehicle was locked. There should be a big sign saying do not drop the keyuntil you do the following steps on mobile app. There is an another business. Until you do the following steps on mobile app. There is an another business in same office and that owner called the owner of the U-Haul location to try and get the key out of the box. But that didn’t work. So the owner said he would take care of it later in the day when he got in on the computer. This also prevented me from reporting warped brake rotors on the truck, causing bad shaking of the truck when braking. The truck also needs an alignment because it constantly pulls to the right. That made for a difficult 8 Hour drive. The only good thing with U-Haul rental. This time was the road assistance for replacing a blown tire on the trailer. Otherwise, this was a very disappointing and frustrating rental and I would like appropriately discounted on the cost.
Leo KThis was the worst experience we've ever had with a rental. The truck WAS NOT in the parking lot. After an hour, we find it in a back field behind the business. There was no one there to get the truck, no one there to receive the truck. Do folks still work??? From what I see, Uhaul is trying to go "self" everything!! No personal touch whatsoever. Worst experience ever. Will not be back. I'll purposely look for an office that has real people in it. Returned on Friday, 4:00. Nobody there.😡
Rebecca LUnable to give an evaluation of this facility. It was CLOSED (??) on a Tuesday and Wednesday. So I called the corporate number, to make sure my drop off was properly documented.

MARK MWent well except being charged $6.30 for 1 gallon of gas despite filling the truck before return. It was not full when I checked it out.
John EI love this place. They are quick to respond to phone calls or text messages. Very nice to talk to. I love using this location for my small business and appreciate the tips as well from the owner. Best location I have been to. Also, very professional and respectful.

GUY HRETURNED IN APP (SINCE THE LOCATION WAS NOT OPEN) ... WEBSITE ACCOUNT LOGIN DID NOT RECONIZE THE RETURN FOR DAYS... THE APP RETURN PROCESS WOULD BE BETTER IF IT WAS IN REAL TIME, WITHOUT THE LONG DELAY.

CRUZ PBe more reasonable if someone is late!!!!!!! Especially if they stay under the estimated mileage and bring the vehicle back with more fuel than it was before they got it. If someone is a hour late they should not be charged for another full day
