KELVIN NThe equipment was in terrible condition. It was almost unsafe to use on the road. Capital auto wrecker made some fixes to make the dolly road worthy. Do better maintenance UHaul, do better with your monopoly.
KEVIN ISince it’s not a dedicated U-Haul center it was a little difficult to maneuver - mostly figuring out where to park the equipment - but the staff took care of that for me so not a complaint, just a note!

JESSICA CUhaul needs to consider putting a running light on the front of the tow dolly's fender well. I know there are lights for people behind you to see the dolly. However, a running light on the front side of the fender-well would allow the driver to see (in their side mirror) where the tow dolly is in relation to the lane lines at night. This would improve safety.
KENT Dthis is literally a ranch barn yard with a small out building as an office. Very poor internet connectivity so it took over 30 minutes to do the paperwork. Owner and son were very pleasant. Just not a convenient location for me as I was in Kerrville, Tx and not in Harper, Tx which is 25 miles away.
RUSSELL LThe person working had very little knowledge of the computer system so it took forever. I was supposed to give me a certain truck but she was too lazy to move it so I had to get another one.
Jeff BSite was closed on Saturday. There were no instructions how to work the mobile check in. My first instructions sent me to the wrong place. I prepaid for the truck and I had to pay additional money before the app gave me the code. The lock was rusty and didn’t work. Very, very, difficult.
CHARLES SOverall good experience, but it was not empty when I went to pick it up. It was clean otherwise. Someone did take the item to dispose of. Very pleasant to do business with.
ANNA-MARIA PI went to 3 other locations to drop off and no one would take it, as I signed up to drop it off any location, customer choice. Then I received a text stating that I had to drop it off here and that was cross town. Such a pain.

DELMUS AYou all cancelled my reservation and made me drive 3 hours out of the way to go pick up the uhaul. No warning in advance. I just showed up to location and found out truck wasn’t there. That was in goldsboro. The best experience I had was in car city in Whiteville. I will never use uhaul again

Mariella Cshowed up to pick up trailer that I had already preregistered with my cc and DL. only to be met in a very small office full of 8-10 people having a party and eating. NONE wearing a mask, office rep was on phone thanking employer for their bonus and talked and talked leaving us at the counter waiting, then I had to show my cards all over again that i had gave online I would like to be contacted
RONALD SI don't hook up trailers very often, It would be nice if the person inspecting the trailer hook up new more than me about it.

Michael STrucks are rented with only 1/4 tank of fuel which causes the renter to have to fill the tank as soon as you rent the vehicle.

Robert OThe location was fine. However the truck had problems. I only drove 10 miles total and they charged me for 1000's of miles. The window on the passenger side had problems and made a very loud scratching noise when attempting to roll up or down. The window fell into the door and shattered and nearly caused me eye damage. This was of grave concern. I had glass flying around a moving vehicle. The district manager was very aggressive and intimidating. I really felt threatened and unsafe. This behavior will no longer be tolerated. Please ask Gleen cease and desist immediately. I will work vigorously to remain safe. I feel as tho I owe 20.00$ for the rental. Michael SLauren called a few days prior to confirm my truck and trailer were on site. She was very pleasant over the phone and very much so as we met in person. The staff was courteous and helpful and made the start of our long move a little less stressful that morning!
