There was no one around to give me the keys or to talk to so I could get the keys. I had to call uhaul to help me, uhaul helped. I hope I don't have to go back here.

The truck had sand/dirt across the entire floor of cab. The back area had clumps of dog shit along with a ton of dirt and debris from previous rental. Even the ramp had same issue once we opened it up. Took nearly 2 hrs of cleaning the truck before we could even start putting our own things inside. I took photos to upload to uhaul but they didn’t seem concerned.

It was the only vehicle there and I was very short on time. I could not look elsewhere for one. I was extremely embarrassed driving this vehicle.

Cesar MEnsure that the person who is due to check out the vehicle is at the faculty as stated. I had to do the online check in, which I was purposely trying to avoid so that I could ask a few questions as I have never driven a big moving truck for long distances. And it took close to an hour to finally get checked out despite the phone assistance due to a system issue. The truck was also empty on gas. A quarter of a tank would have been nice to have
