This was my second location the first location did not have the truck present and nobody was present to assist. This location I was given a number to call. I began getting assisted but had to wait for someone to show up. Unlock the lock box and retrieve the key. Original pick up time was 11. I didn’t complete pick up till after 1230. This ruined my timeline and I missed important meet ups that I needed the U-Haul. Renting was a total inconvenience all around. Will rent from another company next time.
