when i picked up my truck that i reserved until 6 pm the man told me that i needed to bring it back at 4 because that’s when he closed. i also paid for furniture pads and a dolly that i did not receive. i called customer service and they confirmed that i am to return the truck before 10 am the next business day, and i was to go out of my way to pick up the dolly and pads that i paid for at a different location. now, after returning the truck on time with the gas refilled and the man who i picked up the truck from not even there, my card was attempted to be used for another 50$ from u haul. i am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service and how things were carried out.

Worst truck, worst service, will never use U-Haul again.
Gulmina BTruck was clean but it kept telling us that the gas tank cover wasn’t tightened when it was…. Also there was no actual drop off box for the keys for after hours so I had to park truck on side of property and put keys in a black box they had then they couldn’t find them also gentleman didn’t know how to use his app we had to help him with the whole thing
