Miss Crystal was absolutely the greatest. Easy in and easy out. Our only concern was that the truck we rented was not completely clean in the cab. There was some kind of sticky substance on the front seat. We left it better than we found it, but overall, these were the best UHaul folks we have ever dealt with, and a great experience. 100 percent recommendation for these folks anytime, anywhere.

Allison SRental person new to computer. Needed to ask about discount for AAA membership. Truck did not have cruise control. Never thought to ask since cruise has been standard for years. 900+ mile drive w/o cruise control was challenging and unnecessarily tiring.
Carolyn HOnce again, the app and online options were not functioning. The location wasn’t even a recognized option for virtual check out. Had to call customer service and they were helpful. Again, the virtual and/or app set up is subpar.

ALFONSO RPoor service didn't put my keys in the lockbox so I couldn't get my the truck call uhaul and had to reschedule my pick up the next day. When back they said my truck ready got the keys and left got home and didn't have the a My dolls in the truck I called and they said they didn't have them there. So there 2 more reservations I did get. So 3 reservations I didn't get in 2 day and y'all
James HFix your vehicles an have the equipment available as stated when the reservation was made. Have an actual person whom cares before sending u in an unsafe truck !!!

JAMES BRotate trucks to be in a more convenient location for the customer. My 1st location was switched to miles away and not within walking distance instead of moving the trucks you move the customer. As someone with over forty years business and customer service experience the little things matter. Loved the truck and the ride share APP.

Shante TI have no problem with U-Haul every time I go there to reserve what I need I'm able to get it and I've had no issues one time I had a flat tire on the trailer and probably about 30 or 45 minutes they had sent somebody out to change it

GUILLERMO VShane at Car City took excellent care of us!!!After a bad experience with RPM Tire/Clarkton NC (DO NOT use them) Doors were open on trailer in Clarkton and they were not even open to get a trailer. Don't waste your time with RPM Tire!!! Shane/Car City went the extra mile to make sure we had a trailer. We will definitely send friends & family to Car City/UHaul. Excellent customer service (hands down) and friendly staff!!!

LISA RI'm supposed to pick up my truck at 12am no access to keys in lock box. The site says wait till 9an ... what the fuck.. sit in the truck 9 fkn hrs.!!!!!! After an airplane from SC. Over 30 minutes wait for a representative on 24,7 lines, yes 2 at 1 time. I'm passed off beyond words can say!!!!!!!

EDWARD VI ordered a dolly to use when moving my things and it was not included in the truck at pickup. I needed to extend my reservation because it took too long to load due to no dolly and I was not refunded for the rental fee. It was a relatively easy pick up and drop off, the van was clean and well maintained, but I tried to correct this issue by calling UHAUL corporate, and no adjustment was issued.
Aleccia WThe pickup location was great. Our car broke down while pulling a trailer on the way home from vacation, so a uhaul was the cheapest option (there were no rentals available in the area). The truck did have a strong smoke smell, but worked just fine. Our biggest disappointment was we were told when we rented it that it was setup to dropoff at any location. However, we continued to get texts from customer service that we needed to call to setup drop off location. We called and were told that they wanted us to drop it off at a specific location that had reservations/waitlist, so the truck could be rented. I said I was willing to do what I could, but preferred a drop off location closer to home (they were closed on Sunday). The response from the customer service associate...."I thought you would be willing to help us out so we can get it rented". I'm willing to do what I can, and we did end up taking it to that location, but man, that was disappointing. After the car breaking down, and the unexpected uhaul fees, we just wanted to get home. Would have been nice if she offered to help us out too and give us a credit on our account. Oh well, is what it is.
