This is one of the worst experiences of my life. I've driven large trucks before with no issue. The transmission on this truck was so erratic I feared for my life for most of the trip. Upon notifying anyone at this company there seem to be a lackadaisical response and the customer service seemed lacking all around. I would like someone to contact me about a partial if not entire refund. I don't ever plan to use your service ever again from this experience.

Mark was excellent at a fast check in and check out. It was a painless process. But, it definitely was most effective to do the main part of checking in online. I usually worry about hidden charges on this sort of thing, but they provided exactly what was promised. The whole move for a 20 foot truck and fuel was about $150.00 which was very economical. Thanks Darrell

It took 10-20 minutes to pick up the truck, and 10-20 minutes to drop it off. This was due to how slow the app was. I had good 5G service the entire time, but the pictures took a long time to upload. The pick up and drop off was unbearable because of this.

U-Haul in Nashville was awful to deal with when we were contacted by them for our truck that had been reserved for over 2 weeks. They then proceeded to tell us they didn't have the truck and that we had to go a town over to get it. Then changed it again to two towns over an he later, and then said well we don't have that truck at all. We had to get a smaller truck and they never even called me to confirm anything after the first call. I had to call back and do all the stuff myself to ensure k had a moving truck! Poor poor customer service on there part!

The windshield was extremely dusty and had bug stuck to it so hard to see, especially with bright sunlight. The change oil light was on and looked to be 2000 miles has to according to the sticker. The owner was extremely friendly and efficient in getting us on the road.
