Help the customer! I unhooked uhaul myself and pushed the unit into parking spot by myself.

Meagan Vthe reservation process was seamless, however, the card I used to reserve the rental was charged along with the card I paid with inside the store...thus throwing off my account balance. I called the location directly and they insisted that the card used to make the reservation would drop off in a few business days, yet it did not. I then called the 800 # for Uhaul directly and they too couldn't immediately resolve the issue and indicated I should hear back in 72 hours. At the end of the day, if you pay in store with a card, have a receipt then the original online reservation hold should be dropped immediately or soon after and NOT charge both accounts. I am thoroughly disappointed with this lack of attention to detail when spending money on services.
Marquea KIf you are moving solo: use a drop off service or have someone drop you off. There is no parking on the lot for your personal vehicle. The staff was friendly, helpful, and went through all the paperwork before confirming the rental. Very professional.

Bob HI used an 1/2 hour out of 4 hrs and 7 miles out of 75 miles before I realized I needed the larger truck with a ramp. There is no room in your policy for me to pay the difference for a larger vehicle. I have to make a new contract.

JOYCE BI reserved a van for an 8am mobile pick up a few days before I need it. When I arrived the app told me the van was not available for mobile pick up. I had to come back to the location at a later time to pick up the van. It is very frustrating when trying to use the mobile pick up and the location don't seemed to respect that. It happens all the time with different locations. More communication needs to happen if a vehicle is not going to be ready so that I don't waste my time going to pick it up only to find out it is not available.

Albert BGuy that greeted me was very consumed with his phone. Little to no conversation. Didn’t ask me if I needed anything or ask me if I wanted to know how the truck worked. He just handed me the keys and said there’s a drop box if it’s after hours.

Nikida MNo issue with this location - except for its location. I reserved this trailer AND a truck for pickup near my house - 25-miles from this location! The truck was not available here, so I had to drive over 55-miles to get that and then another 70 miles back to get the trailer and then yet another 25 back to my house. Was planning to start loading at 1000 - finally got to start at 1400. Total failure of the reservation process.

FREDDIE RThe mobile pick up needs improvement. It never picks up this location and you have to keep trying. I thought the whole point was to not have to bother a representative. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. It happened once with my son and for me.
Marques EYour company not only got me on my way in Florida in an efficient and professional manner but when I dropped off my trailer a couple days early the gentleman ( Shariff, sorry if I spelled his name wrong)) was extremely helpful and very thorough. He was actually getting ready to deliver equipment or something of that nature and he stopped what he was doing and removed the equipment from my vehicle, wrote up the paperwork and had me on my way in no time at all. I really appreciated his help and thoroughness because not only was I extremely busy and tired but I needed to be in and out exactly how it happened. Shariff made this experience a pure pleasure and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who was looking for moving equipment. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Chris GU-Haul website needs vast improvement and needs to be more user friendly. It was difficult to check in the vehicle after hours on the site. After entering the information, and clicking the confirm button, i never received any notification that the information was accepted. In fact, i had to enter a comment several times and still do not know if the information was accepted. I never received a final bill. It is also difficult to make a reservation on your site using a mobile phone, but there is not enough space to enter the frustation i had.
