The drop off was a car dealership, office could use a little more organization. Person I dropped the key off to was friendly.

TIMOTHY VI was upcharged an extra $30 when my agent checked my truck out. I selected the $15 insurance and my agent verified that at checkin. When I get the receipt I see they charged me &45 for insurance. This is stealing from me and I will post bad reviews online now. I asked several days ago to be contacted and haven’t heard from anyone. This location is bad and unprofessional. They upcharge without permission. Stay away from here.

DOMINICK CThe cab of the Uhaul smelled of urine. The inside of the trailer and the back step up into the trailer were both covered in dried urine and was extremely sticky. We did not realize this until we had already placed items into the trailer, so some items had to be sterilized. We also had to scrub our shoes clean due to the step being completely covered/sticky. We were absolutely DISGUSTED!

Roberto MWell since you asked. The check in experience was not very much fun. My fault like many.I didn't read the entire contract. When I want to return my phone was on very low battery. I got one of the pictures taken. And was taking the second picture when the phone Ibatyery died...after a bit of time getting set up with it very frustrating. I am hoping that im not charged.

heather tMy original pick up location for reservation #73025741 at U-Haul 10404 Seminole Blvd. did not inform me of changes at or before expected time by text or phone as requested. I was emailed at 6:49pm on Sat evening. The truck I chose a 9' cargo van was not available and I was expected to accept a 15' truck moving truck instead of the small cargo van I needed. Unprofessional desk clerks at the Seminole Blvd location. When I arrived at 12:00 I was told my reservation had been cancelled. Then the clerks got mean and defensive and tried to avoid blame for not having notified me properly and not having the truck I expected. Rude and mouthy counter persons. My plans were severely impacted by the fiasco on Sunday trying to pick up the reserved truck. I will never spend any money with U-Haul again. It is a bad company that has no respect for their customers. U-Haul cannot provide the customer with the equipment they choose and U-Haul expects the customer to settle for what they have.
