Uhaul was completely buried in snow. No snow removal was done so I had too use my own snow brush to clean as much as I could reach. As I'm driving 3 different times ice and over a foot of snow slid off the top of this truck which could have caused an accident. There were 2 10 ft trucks already cleaned off, but I got stuck with a mess. The business didn't even get too this location until 15 minutes after I was supposed to have this truck. I had too use an unlicensed driver too remove my personal vehicle because I was told I could not leave my car at this location due too Windows and cars being broken into there. Parking lot was not cleaned and I had to walk through feet of snow too even reach this truck. Back was solid ice and a falling hazard.

While driving the back latch totally let go causing the truck door to open. I was driving behind my husband so we were able to pull over timely and my husband used duck tape and rope to get the door to stay down. We would like money off the use of this truck. Our trip home from Syracuse to Buffalo was extended by 45 minutes. Very scary while this happened. Could have caused a major accident on the Thruway and hurt us both and others. Could not get checked in, he didn’t have the light hook up, I had to run to different store with no tail lights, I deserve a refund

The van i reserved was over reserved as I was told 1 hr before I had to be where I needed to be. I only rented the van to move tables for my grandsons graduation. Then the girl that was at the counter was very disrespectful about the whole situation. As she was sending me to a different location for a truck not a van. She could t even tell me where I was going . Another customer told me. When I got there it was a store that was empty and no one was there. I called and got a voice mail. Finally the person called me back. Needless to say this was this was the worst experience I ever had with uhaul and I will never use them again. Yall do better.
