I was charged for drop off of a trailer at the wrong location, but I was not informed I needed to drop off the trailer at a different location than the truck.

This location was closed when I dropped off my truck. It was Monday, around 1:00 pm. This location is also a detailing business. They may be open Saturdays, so they are closed on Mondays. I am not sure. My return was processed on Monday evening around 8:30 pm. I had no contact with personnel to know if they are helpful or not.

Jennifer DThe access was directly off the street and not safe at all. I was charged for safe tow and I did not want or request it. I was not asked or shown my bill total while at the facility. I did not see the safe tow until the receipt was emailed after we left the pick up facility.
