I will never use U-Haul again. You stole money from me, lied to me and are willingly deceiving the public. You are breaking the law and everyone should know what you are doing to cheat them

Granted, it was after hours (8:00 p.m.) but I went right passed the place. There were no other U-haul vehicles or even a U-haul sign. Thankfully there was a phone number, which I called, and spoke to a man that was very helpful. He told me where the building was located and what to do with the key.
