They forgot to put the key in the lock box or put the dolly we ordered inside the truck. After spending a while on the phone getting transferred back and forth, the problem was resolved but we ended up having to do to an actual uhaul location to get the dolly. We think our truck just wasn’t prepared at all for us before we got there. Wasn’t offered any consolation except the nice man at the uhaul place gave us a refund for the dolly. The people I talked to on the phone were also nice but it was confusing and a little annoying having to explain my problem to so many people only to get transferred again.
