Joshua FAbsolute garbage experience. Have been on the phone over a dozen times with U-Haul. Get your shit together. Will never recommend this service to anyone. Will tell them to stay far far away.
The truck that we had did not have back tail lights! They did not work, only the brake lights worked,

Do HThe lock needed replaced on the lock box very difficult to open. Also the pads I ordered were not in the truck but not a big deal.
James EI did rent a vehicle for 9 days I don't really know what the going rate is or what normally is but I thought it was a little expensive
