This location was easy, but we didnt even enter the building. The person receiving us was standing outside and told us just to drop where it was and we were all set. He was friendly and personable and had correct knowledge about us and our drop off info, so I didnt question the accuracy of giving it to the right person. But I did feel a little unsure that I would get credit for drop off until I got the email since it lacked any professional tone. He seemed to want to prioritize ease of the process which I appreciate, but it made me a little unsure. Overall, it was fine.
