Nice guy super convenient location

I had a very disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. I called ahead to confirm that I could return my truck, and was told it was fine to do so. When I arrived around 11 a.m.—an hour before their stated business hours of 12 p.m.—I was told to wait 10 minutes because they had “other work to do,” even though the agent was just sitting in his car. After waiting 15 minutes, I politely asked if we could complete the return so I could leave, but was told to wait another 10–20 minutes. When I expressed my frustration, the agent became rude and told me to just leave and that they would handle the process later. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic courtesy is unacceptable. I understand if the location has set hours, but then the return should not have been approved earlier by phone. Being dismissive and impolite on top of it only made the situation worse. I highly advise U-Haul to inspect this business closely to determine whether they meet the standards expected of your brand—and to consider whether they should retain their license as a U-Haul partner
