The headlights on the truck were VERY DIM. A candle would be brighter, in bad weather it is dangerous to drive when you can't see anything.

Deanna SDropped off the trailer Monday early morning as I had to work. Came back at noon to collect my deposit only to see the sign in the door saying that they were not open Monday. Came back Tuesday afternoon. Doors were locked but the sign said that they were open. Called the business number and a gentleman drove up. He informed me that he processed the return and my deposit was mailed... His explanation was that he was there at 10:30 as the trailer was due by 11. I never received a simple phone call to inform me that he was there to process my return. This is completely unacceptable. As this is the second trailer I have rented from uhaul and not get my deposit back... might as well just buy a trailer... At least I wouldn't have these issues.
