Debora NNo clear signs where to park the truck, everything was some sort of gate to another parking area so I wasn't sure where to park. Terrible.
Samuel MThe gate was locked, so we circled back around, wasting our gas and time. I parked our car while the guy watched us from the window, but didn’t come out to direct us. Once I got inside, he said I have to move my car as I parked in the neighbors parking. There is no parking for UHaul customers due to all the broken down, dirty cars scattered all about the property. Where to park the U-haul is undefined. We were treated like we were just supposed to know what to do and where to go. The office was undefined. No signage. Kudos to the quick check in via email, though. We have always used Uhaul. I think Uhaul should make random appearances to these pick up / drop off facilities as they are not representing Uhaul very well.

Henry SUpdate/Add Equipment. Have OPTIONS available in order to assist Customers better. At least keep up with the surrounding U-Haul Agencies within a 10-15 mile radius. At least "Act like" the Customers are somewhat valuable.

Rose GI’m going to go into the location tomorrow to check on a charge on my card. I was charged on the day that I rented the truck — OK fine — but then an additional charge was done the following day — NOT OK. I would also like a hard copy of the transaction for my records, but was told everything is done online only. I do not have printing capabilities with my phone, so have no way to keep a copy in my file. Is this something that is specific to the location or is it online only at every facility?

Geraldine GThis location didnt have boxes, it didnt have tape Terrible location and then lied and said i wouldnt charge extra for box truck because i reserved a pick up truck and you cant rent a pick up truck unless you have a ID in that state and the city ur renting in its the worse location ive rented from

Juan GI was having a bad experience at the beginning of this . First I had to go further add mileage to my rental, my contract did not reflect the correct information on my rental which made me even more worried, received two different rental agreements with different prices, but thanks to the place where I rented my rental he handled everything, I am sure the uhaul system has issues and that is scary, but thanks to who we dealt with, he turned it all around and made this a wonderful experience and regained my trust in uhaul again. I would recommend him to my family and friends and I would definitely rent from him again, awesome guy, and place ten ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
