The young lady that was in the location at the time I arrived was very nice and very helpful and made calls for me to get the rental taken care of . I appreciate everything she did to go above what she was really suppose to do.

Christine WI'm sure the business gets some money to host a drop-off location. The least they can do is to help out drop-off customers rather than just say, "We're not part of that. The drop-off box is outside."
Matthew Splease get a new app. drop off took almost twice as long because your app doesn't closing down or error loading. we turned phones into hot spots, tried wifi from the location, your app refused to work. it kept shutting down or error loading. it finally took extra time going to the website, logging in, having to verify new devices to finally be able to put in the information. the people have been great help but i would not suggest uhaul only because your app is absolutely atrocious. i would not wish that headache on my worst enemy.
Taylor GI was told in Goldsboro to return with same amount of gas. I left it in Wilmington with 40 miles more in tank. I was charged for 2 gallons of gas $40. Poor communication. I am disappointed.

Kelly SIgnore the bad reviews from what I can only imagine to be mentally deficient individuals, this was the first time I’ve rented a U-Haul and it was an extremely fast, easy, and hassle-free experience! The truck was clean, full, serviced, and ran exceptionally well. There is no need to interact with anyone at all, the app gives very clear directions and provides examples/example photos for every single step. I loved that it was 24 hour, as I did not have to panic-plan everything around a business’ operating hours. If I wanted to finish up and drop off at 1am, I was free to do so. Yes, the truck drop off spot isn’t explicitly listed- however, even using the smallest amount of common sense should tell you that the drop off spot is where you found the truck when you picked it up. Location services and data connection worked like a charm for me as well with Verizon, depending on your carrier YMMV I suppose. The only real issue I came across (not the fault of this owner, but instead the fault of the last person who rented the truck) was getting the keys out of the lock box. Whoever had the truck before me jammed the keys into the small box in such a way that the door could not be opened at all, it was completely wedged and stuck shut. They also left the combination lock on the open/correct combination, which honestly is very negligent and irresponsible as literally anyone couldve swiped the keys. Bottom line- If you’re a self sufficient human being who prefers to work around their own schedule and doesn’t need intensive hand holding for menial tasks, this is the spot to use!
nathan tThe mobile app was barely functional in this location. Location sharing was difficult.
Fred LWhen we had to return the truck when the place was closed was not desirable. Did not know where to park the truck. The instruction on how to return the vehicle was not as clear as it could be. Like take a picture of the driver side equipment. What is the equipment? I did not like having to check the vehicle in on line with no one there. Always scared that they will try to charge you for something you did not do.
