I used the app. Although I've used it several times it still takes 20-30 minutes to go through everything. I thought using the app would be more efficient but it isn't. Whenever Covid is over, unless the process of the app is faster, I will discontinue using it.

The on-line check-in tool didn't work, I was on hold for over 10 minutes waiting on a rep who told me she would note my account. I was then charges $21.40 for an after hours service fee. I am disputing that charge. I paid for two days, only drove 9 miles, and to be charged for calling a 1 800 number when your required so isn't working, well, that is rediculous. Plus, the truck was back 18 hours early. The location was great, but the non-working ap, long hold time, and erroneous charge all made it a poor experience.

Just want to say why I said no to was equipment clean and well maintained. There was trash in it from the last renter and it smelled of cigarettes.

If someone pays for something like a utility dolly then hopefully have it in the truck for them. I paid for utility dolly that wasn't even in the truck so i had to move without it

Turned in truck 12 hours early and they charged me a damn after hours fee of $20. What a bunch of bulls%^t! I should have just turned it in the next morning. Will not rent from here again.

The photo of id is time consuming and it takes a long time to load up and the rate should stay the same on fridays 99 cents a mile is too much and i was charged 3 times i have to call costumer service tomorrow

Wonderful service. Alice went above and beyond to make sure I fully understood every option and laid out everything for me. She worked with me and gave me more time than I thought I needed. And I actually ended up needing that extra time. It was a very pleasant experience and I certainly would go back to this location. Thanks again alice!!

I rented a U-Haul on Saturday to move my home from one house to another I rent a dolly and the 19.95 Uhaul. My total came out to $47 and some change. I purchase 15 miles that was already taken out with my purchase I returned the U-Haul at 4:15 p.m. at 5:29 they charge my car again for another $20. I call today because they was closed Monday for Memorial Day. Tuesday(today) came I called and she told me I drove 31 miles now that's a lie I only moved 2 1/2 miles away we only took three loads there and back i purchase 15 miles. And she going tell me there is nothing she can do. I want my $20 back.

Even though the establishment was closed, I got help from the very nice and kind lady who happened to be at the location and was kind enough to sign me in and make sure I got the truck I needed and asked for. She is awesome!

The truck I rent sounded terrible. Like the muffler was not attached, I wouldn't want to take it on a long trip anywhere in that condition. Other than that Alice was a wonderful help!

Easy to get in and out of the location. The nice lady who got us on the road was easy to work with both picking up the truck and dropping it off.

Training for the use of the new debit/credit machine. We had to scan our cards 6 times, then they finally gave up and used their old scanner. Then, upon return, we were overcharged for insurance but they didn't know how to remove the charge. So, in the end, we were overcharged $14 for the insurance.

This lady was awesome! It took her awhile to fix errors from the actual pick-up location. I had picture proof of the gas error she helped us get things straight and get what we had paid for. When I left the pick-up location at that point I said I would never rent from UHaul again, this lady redeemed UHaul for me. I am glad I made a point to be there before they closed and not do the after hours drop-off - what a nightmare that would have been to fix!
