Have a place to park the trucks if you close at 4:30 on Saturday but you allow 24 hour drop off. Locking the gate and then saying you can’t block the gate makes it very hard to return a truck when there is nowhere outside the gate to park it except in front of the gate. When I called customer support the manager didn’t answer.
Krista BI called an got a quote from this store to compare to a store about 6 miles away. This store quoted me $1605 which was $500 less than the store 6 miles away so I made the reservation. The day before I was to pick the truck up and looked at the reservation and it was $2600, NOT $1600 !!!! Huge difference. I would have made the reservation at the store that quoted me $2100 to begin with, I called the other store and they needed a week notice to get a truck so I was forced to stay with the Carpenter 528 Store.

GREGORY RLovely gentleman owner; a great experience, however I should have been able to pick up my truck in SF as promised.
Kate FGuy was nice. This is on U-Haul but there should be a process in place to address the situation when the customer only received half the number of blankets reserved. I wouldn’t keep those things and there seems to be no way to dispute the $100 charge.

Rufus oOwner told his worker that the car hauler I rented was not to be rented to in town customers. I had to rent it online for me to be able to take it… it was very strange.

Mario TI had TWO FLAT TIRES ON MY TRIP. I LOST 4 HOURS OF MY TIME. I TOLD THE PERSON RUNNING THE PLACE THAT THE TIRES LOOK OLD. HE U-HAUL KEEPS UP THE SERVICE. UNBELIEVABLE!!! And DANGEROUS!!

Karena FI would never recommend U Haul to anyone at any location. The $19.95 truck I rented for 4 hours ended up costing almost $100 due to all the extra charges that were tacked on.

James BDON'T LET MY EXPERIENCE HAPPEN TO ANOTHER FAMILY The truck I rented started ringing an alarm after 1 hour of beginning my trip. For the next 1100 miles I had to listen to the alarm (Stabilizer requires service) ringing constantly. Nerve racking, a horrible experience, and made the trip a very awful trip. Livermore rented me a BAD TRUCK!! The truck over heated outside of Flagstaff AZ. I had to rent a room and let the truck cool down, I was just 300 miles from my destination. There was NO water in the Radiator, the truck over heated because there was not enough water in the Radiator, and because of the Heat wave in AZ. Climbing elevation outside of Flagstaff AZ. the truck overheated and lost whatever water was in the radiator. This cost me $300.00 to rent 2 rooms for my family. I should be COMPENSATED !!

This kind attendant took good care of me after your Paradise location gave away my truck and caused me to go on a wild goose chase. I’ll be going elsewhere the next time I need a truck though. Y’all need to get it together in a corporate level! You couldn’t pay me to rent from uhaul again.

I was charged an $40 fuel fee, the female I rented it from, clearly stated the truck was on empty and just return it empty. I returned it with more gas then what was in it when I picked it up. Once returned I was Charged and the customer representative Chris Valderrama Manager was rude.I only rented from Uhaul (loyal customer) and now I won't rent from them anymore because of the way I was treated today. I spent over $600.00 on this rental alone, I have spend thousands of dollars with Uhaul and they disrespectful me because I followed the directions of their representative. The people they have working for them is costing thousands to save $40.00 .

Alyssa OThe local agent tried to give away the truck I had reserved and confirmed using the UHaul app. The previous UHaul location had the same problem when we arrived before my assigned time. UHaul local agents really need to honor reservations instead of giving trucks away to anyone who walks in the door.
