A Gas station. Luckily he wasn't too busy with walk in customers.. had to stop the check out process every time to work the register as he was only employee there @ 2:15PM

Katrina HThe clerk had no idea how to handle the process. The truck needs a new air filter and a good cleaning. It smells bad and feels very dirty. Honestly it’s old and overpriced for what we needed it for. The gas replacement situation needs to be more clearly stated. We were scammed in that area. The App is slow and confusing. The dolly was not strapped in, there is not even a strap to hold it down.

Tyler DIt was a little disappointing to not have the appliance dolly I had ordered, but had some resources to call on to get over that hurdle. Other than that I was pleased with the rental process here.
Keith Bat this location only the owner and his wife can do the reservations and if they are not there you have to do it over a phone ,same with the return and they don't always check it in so you get a phone call from uhaul about your overdue equipment and the lady on the u haul phone was no help and then she just hung up on me

BRITTANY Wfirst of all either fix the app. or while the business is open, have them do the check out/in. the app. is too sensitive, trying to scroll up, it refreshes, so you either have to start all over, or at least lose your place. this happened several times to me, I had to go inside anyway to get the key from the store, although it was supposed to be in a box outside. also, the app. lied, it charged me more than it said when i reserved the truck. the right wiper came off when used, i dont know if the plastic adapter broke, or came off, but it was missing when i got stopped. upon return for turn in, i went inside, A to try to avoid going through that crap with the app. and B to tell the store about the wiper. i stood there talking to him for a while then he tells me to check it in on the app...

Edward LI wish uhaul didn’t charge your debit card until the vehicle is returned so that they are not over charging their customers like I was. Now I am having to wait for a refund.

Michelle NHad a 5:00 pm reservation, got there @ 4:59 had to wait on the owner for 30mins due to cashier had no clue on the process. Owner arrived took several mins to conversate with someone at gas pump. I was told if the truck is returned early a refund is due, upon returning the truck 2hrs early the balance due was $60+ was told I went over 1 mile..never again

Stanley SPick up was great. When I returned the unit and told the lady inside she asked for my paperwork and I explained I did not have any that it was emailed. She said I don’t know what to tell you other than to just park it out there.
Patricia GI opted out of safemove however it was still added on. I also received a call from an employee of RaceWay Crystal who accused me of taking moving blankets and dollies. She then said that U-Haul would be calling me and hung up the telephone in my face.

Miroslaw JI reserved a tow dolly, needed a car carrier. The Manager present on Saturday went above and beyond finding us a carrier within a mile down the road in minutes. Outstanding customer service and can't Thank him enough at East Carroltton moving and storage for coordinating upgrade. By far a great overall experience and well maintained equipment made the drive easy. Thank You U Haul

Samantha CVery tight parking, location is a convenience store gas station with only one employee. She had to handle her duties as the clerk and my check in at the same time. She did a very good job.
Terry WThey charged me for 2 days when I returned the Uhaul at 12:52 am on Sunday morning when it wasn't due back until 8:00 am Sunday morning. I have no control over what time they check the overnight box.

Leesa HAll the woman could say was you need to drop the trailer on the other side of the building. No one helped me unhitch the trailer, these trailers don't have jacks so I guess she expected me to lift it by myself. All I could do was unhook my slider and let it fall off the hitch. What a poor way to handle a customer and uhaul's equipment. I would never drop or pick up from this location and if I were uhaul I wouldn't use them as a location.
Lynda SWas charged for an extra furniture dolly and the associate at this location could not get it taken off. Don’t blame the associate. I blame uhaul for not making there web site more user friendly.
Travis GFor this drop off location, being that it is in the gad station, you should place a sign by the road saying it's also a uhaul drop off or pickup because it was confusing.

SEDAR JPick up location in Carrollton was horrible. Employee and manager arguing about paycheck. I was behind this employee. Manager helped several customers before me that walked into store after me after he found out I was picking up U-Haul. I insisted I was on a scheduled and needed helped. He continued to help other gas station customers as well as calling someone about employee paycheck before helping me. Drop off location was GREAT!
Dustin JReservation was for a 6'x11' utility trailer, I was sent to pick up a 9'x5' box trailer without warning. Per other people I have spoken to, this is an issue with U Haul's reservation system and it happens all the time. The employee was outstanding, and I can't speak highly enough of her dedication to customer service.

TIFFANY EThe first rental place had rented the 6x12 to someone else and I had a 50 minute wait until another trailer was found. Then I drove there to get a very unfit trailer. The drivers side back tire on the trailer was almost flat by the time I got home to pack! I left to make our final move to Pensacola and only got as far as West Point before the one tire was going flat and the other on the passenger side was FLAT. Li had a very nice and competent woman get the road crew out to replace the tires. I lost a whole day to these misfortunes.

THOMAS FI was told if i returned the truck and dolly early if get a discount. Apon driving 800 miles straight thru to do so i was told that wasn't a true statement. Very disappointed i will try to find other means of rental next time.
PAUL AUpon renting the truck and dolly i was told if i got back sooner then the allotted 4 days i would receive a partial refund. The clerk at the pick up spot told me this and said make sure i tell them when i dropped it off. I was informed them that that wasn't true. I called and talked with an associate that told me i needed to call her back to get my refund since she was the one that told me it and it wasn't true. Great customer service?
PAUL AThey over charged me big time. I paid 200 upfront and then got charged an additional $195 after I returned it and still don’t know why!! I filled up the tank. Cleaned it out and brought back in same condition and mileage was only over the 150 miles I prepaid for by 10 miles. So why was I charged so much??
MACK RThere needed to be another person there to help run the store and do the u-haul stuff.it took almost an HR and a half just to rent a tow dolly cause the lady had to stop and run the register.

JOSEPH NOne clerk on duty to run Uhaul and store operations. Long wait to get truck. No appliance dolly at store, even though their records indicated one was available. No furniture pads, even though their records showed them available. Clerk did her best to make the experience pleasant, but her employer was no help when she called him for a solution to not having the appliance dolly. I had to rent the truck at their location and then rent a dolly at another store.
GEORGE MStore manager very helpful ... I generally like to do everything with app online, but that was not possible at this store.
Kenneth Sthey charged me for insurance and other items w/o my permission i declined it all and was still charged upon returning the woman seemed to be intoxicated and i eventually was notified 4days later my rental was never checked in. check out took 1.5 hrs to get the rental from start
