Loved the owner of this location. He is an old family friend and gave helpful advice. He even explained why I was sent to different locations for the moving truck and dolly.

You sent me 80 miles out of my way. The truck was in waynesboro and you sent me a last minute email to go to pachuta ms 40 miles away and the whole time there was a truck in waynesboro for me cause I checked it out after I drove so far. Now you are trying to charge me extra milege when in fact you should reimburse me all that extra milege. This was very bad Business on your part and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress.

I had a pickup time of 4 pm on 11/22/19. I arrived at the location at 4:01 pm on 11/22/19. The office was locked and no one was there. I called the phone number posted on the building and got no answer,, only that the wireless customer did not have a voice mail set up. I then called the 800 number for uhaul and stayed on hold for 8 minutes then was transferred 3 times until I finally found someone to help with my problem. At that time the lady on the phone (do not remember her name) got in touch with the dealer. He said he would be there in 20 minutes. It was 4:35pm by this time. He finally got there at 4:58pm. The entire experience was very frustrating and unprofessional. I don't feel at this time that I will use U Haul again.

I had to drive to two different locations and because both locations were closed, I had to call to find out what I needed to do with the keys. This was on a Friday afternoon before 4:00. It would have been helpful if I had known this beforehand.

The main Meridian, MS location first sent me to a different place, and the truck I had reserved had already been rented!! I do not recommend the folks in Meridian, but the man in Pachuta at Cars R Us was great!!

I reserved a trailer on line for pick up in Meridian. It was not there when I went to pick it up. I had to drive down to Pachuta to find a trailer. Then the lights didn't work on it. and they knew it was being driven from MS to MO. This is the second time U-haul screwed me.

Keith is great!!!! His service was beyond expectation! In the middle of a very stressful pick up of a car his help with the car hauler was much more than expected! Wish every uhaul dealer was as good as him!
