KYLE CThe truck was really beat up damage stickers everywhere. The biggest problem was the owner of the car dealership had used it the weekend prior and never adjusted the miles so it made my Check in process longer than it should have taken. I thought that was a bit unprofessional on his part. Thank you U Hal for not charging me for his mistake!!
Angelae OWorst experience. Got to the place found the truck followed the online instructions to check out…opened the key box to find no keys. Called uhaul and after being passed around and hung up on several times was told wait two hours til place opened or go somewhere else for a truck. I was dropped off so no ability to go anywhere. Called again and told I could get other lock box codes to see if keys there…nope all empty. Uhaul was not helpful in contacting company to find out if someone could come, person at business was late and not helpful or apologetic. Excuses given and run around all morning. Waited two hours with multiple calls to uhaul. There should be a discount and refund of equipment and miles for the trouble this all caused. Customer satisfaction at an all time low for sure. Do not plan to use the online services. When taking back equipment app kept closing then said no rental. When I did check in and check out there was no way to confirm odometer readings or gas amounts or damage or anything really for that matter so used my own phone to take pictures in case of dispute later. I do not recommend this place as when I returned the keys the locks were off that night and all boxes still empty as I left it in the morning. The excuse I received was the guy had to leave early the night before…can’t say what the next excuse for the next customer will be. Excuses are reasons for people to get away with lung and this place does not check in their vehicles or make sure they online check out service is available and makes excuses that are not valid for their lack of service. Uhaul stands behind the business Sonia accepting their low customer service and satisfaction level as their standard of business and service. Again customer satisfaction ver low as several hours of my day wasted and aggravated due to issue and uhaul had no care to make anything right and most of the ten different people spoken to on the many phone calls didn’t even apologize nor did the company that stores and is providing the uhaul…sad and not great business practices.
david vI received email saying equipment wasn't returned and they had been trying to reach me..Trk was returned within 6 hours of renting and billed when received this..
