Took over an hour on the u haul website to get trailer and was charged 2 days for a.one day rental.,probably won't use u haul again
MARK JIt would be nice if the trailers had a jack on the tongue for loading and unloading. The trailers are heavy and hard on the back when you have to lift them to load and unload off the vehicle.

Dean GI am satisfied with the vendor I got the equipment from. However, I'm being charged by uhaul for not returning the equipment on time. I was only in possession of it for a max of 1.5 hours. Well under my allotted time. I've tried to resolve this issue but still waiting to see what uhaul is going to do
