JOHN WThe guy who hooked up our trailer failed to do so correctly. When we were on the interstate, the entire hitch came undone and the emergency brake did not engage! We were very fortunate to avoid accident and injury! Aa horrible experience overall! We requested a full refund from U-Haul but have not yet received anything. We are still contemplating filing a BBB complaint.
