Cartech was very accommodating but unfortunately our move took a turn for worse and we couldn’t keep our return time however we were told that they could charge $1000 as a fee which i thought was excessive since that situation was completely beyond our control. Long story short the reps at uhaul were amazing at tying all the loose ends. Uhaul rep myka lamba was amazing.
Mansha IUHaul should pay more attention to the condition of the tres on their trucks, trailers. We had a blowout on the trailer my vehicle was on and my vehicle was damaged. Small amount of damage but it is still damage.
JACKIE OTow doily did not have the proper adapter for the lights to be hooked up. Had to go to a parts store and purchase one at $20.00.
