Allow a discount or some kind of account credit for incoming renter when the previous renter failed to leave an adequate amount of gas in the vehicle. Location wise, the truck was not near the store front, navigation was very confusing.

Glad this location at least had a trailer for rent. Had a reservation at another location for a 26 foot truck. Received a text message stating it wouldn't be available for pickup until the Tuesday after the original reservation on Saturday. Left me in a pickle!!

I feel as if I was completely over charged. How does it jump from $86 to $144? A $20 after hours service fee? Wtf! I returned the truck 5mins late. I'll never use a uhaul truck service again, especially from that location Whoever owns it has nothing to do with it, it's just the whole online process was very annoying. They definitely should have specified certain fees after 5mins

Cabin was not clean! Steering wheel was sticky!!!! The rear of the truck was very dirty, had not been swept. However I did sweep it out before i returned it.

This location literally had no idea what to do , we went to pick up our uhaul and the truck share said that there was an error and we had to go inside , so when we went inside and told the man he knew nothing , he was not able to help us , and he didn't have a key to the boxes outside or was able to get a password , he also didn't direct us to the local uhaul representative, we weren't able to get a hold of him till we drove 20 minutes away to a different uhaul place , that also couldn't find us a truck , however the local uhaul representative was absolutely amazing and was able to help us out right away , I can't remember his name but he was awesome

When I got the truck there was no gas in it I drove half a mile when the gas light came on.

The truck location and lock box were a block away from each other. I had to go back and forth (twice) to confirm truck and retrieve key. Additionally, the pads and appliance dolly I rented were not in the truck upon my arrival. I had to call U-Haul to arrange to get them and then travel 5 miles to pick them up. I was also charged an additional five dollars when I dropped equipment off. *Terrible location and all around bad experience*

Is there a “zero stars” rating available? not let another customer rent from this location. I would suggest UHaul pull their license from this location immediately. The person in the store was not helpful at all and at one point told me that I had to leave because she could only have 2 people in the store at one time. The location looked like a clothing consignment store that also rented trucks. Protect for name in the industry and do not let another customer rent from this location. Also, I asked for furniture mats and was not given any at this location.

I would never recommend this location to any on didn't have a dolly told me just go to another place and wouldn't even help me find one worst places in Valdosta to get a truck from

Customer service was very poor. Unprofessional conduct. Did not stand or encourage communication. Acted like I was inconveniencing him. Chewed chewing gum while I was trying to conduct a conversation. It was hard to understand what he was saying. Had several questions about my invoice. He did not offer any resolution.

Needed a dolly and this company was still open. We were in and out quickly with it. Next day upon returning the equipment, manager met me at the car and assisted in helping get in turned back it. Very nice experience. Would definitely recommend to others. Thank you for your kind service.

While we had no problem with this location, the overall experience with uhaul was very disappointing to say the least. I reserved 2 dolly's and 6 blankets to pick up at my local Nashville ga store. They could not locate my reservation and they did not have my items in stock for my reservation. We had to drive 40 minutes away to a different location to pick up our reserved items. Then we were charged twice for the same items. Uhaul did give us a credit, but it was a terrible experience altogether. I cannot say I would recommend uhaul for dolly reservations in my small town. What is the purpose of a reservation if the items are not there?(uhaul even called to confirm items were there but they were not when I arrived). Very disappointed customer. Nicole McMillan

I was sent to this location as a result of my reservation not being honored at TMR auto sales. After speaking customer service and having to take two lyft trips instead of the one trip planned on my limited funds. in addition to that I had a hour delay in the cold trying to picking up the truck bc of complications with the app and the store being close despite it stating its open at 10am on Saturday online via Google and uhaul site. I was able to get a uhaul truck to move my furniture. The csr also processed my $50 reservation guarantee WHICH WAS NOT SHOWN ON MY FINAL RECEIPT issued via email. I am still waiting my $ 50 dollar credit for this horrible inconvenient experience.

my 10 foot rental was not returned by previous renter. The service rep worked with me to get a 15 foot. Would have been nice if uhaul would have only charged me for a 10 foot since it wasn't available even when i had a previous reservation for it.

These people do not seem to know what they are doing. They did not give me any rental documentation when I rented the truck. They said that they would email it to me. They didn't! I rented the truck online. When I got to the original rental location, they did not have any trucks. I had to call and customer service person redirected me to the Carter location. It took 30 minutes to get a truck and it wasn't even the truck that I wanted. But most of all, the customer service rep with your company said that they would give me a $50.00 discount when they re-booked the truck, but I haven't seen that discount. It surly wasn't on my final receipt. Don't tell someone you are going to do something and then don't do it. I rent a truck about every 6 weeks but there are other options for me to take.
