U Haul sign and directions take you to a body shop, after barely getting the truck in the lot I was informed that I had to take the truck down the road to another location. There was barely enough room for me to get turned around and out of the narrow driveway. Needs address for drop off clarified.
Robert AThe desk clerk was not rude but wasn't interested in the uhaul at all. Had to drive it down the road a few hundred feet to an unmanned storage facility and drop the key in a drop box. I received a message from Uhaul a few days later wondering where the truck was. The app didn't work at the location. The truck was still there a week later when I had to drop off another truck.
Kevin RI just dropped the keys in the drop box. They seemed friendly and it went smooth.
MICHAEL DNo cell service a d the guy only checks trucks in once a week so if you paid a deposit you gave to wait over a week for it bk and this last time I got charged for a whole extra week.
RUSSELL CWe ordered a utility dolly and moving blankets and didn’t receive either one.
Daniel WI was finally able to get my 8pm reservation around 10pm after talking to about 4 CS reps. The key I was instructed to get out of the already unlocked, lockbox wouldn't start the truck. I found a random key on the seat, of the unlocked dirty truck,it worked. The CBS location is very dark and wet. The lockbox is on the side of a ditch, no lighting. I had to slip n slide through water puddles and mud with my flashlight on my phone to search for the correct truck. I begged the last representative to please not hang up until I was on my way. I actually talked to her manager and thanked her. I think more training is needed for CS reps. They honestly didn't know how to help me.

Chris Pdid not have equipment I needed. right passenger side mirror broken. I had to take pictures of truck for any damage because they did not escort me to truck .it was go find it yourself.
