My original reservation was at Volusia collision. That place is a joke... The people are rude and didn't even have the truck I reserved which I did a week in advance. That screwed up my whole day so I went home and made another reservation for the next day. My pickup place was Carter's but when I went in to pick up they stated they didn't have a truck for me either. I was really upset at this point but after I got a little irate they resolved my issue and off I went in a pickup truck. Now I'm just waiting for u-haul to give me the $50 refund for the first truck I reserved.Kathleen P.

My husband went to drop the truck off told them he wanted to pay cash for the remaining balance for the mileages told them he needed to step outside real quick and in the short time he was outside they charged my card the whole balance then proceeded to tell him they wouldn't refund it so he could pay cash. I'm very disappointed in how rude they were and the way they treated him.Alexis L.

The truck that was rented to me, I received on empty with non-working A/C and the temps were in the upper 90's. I was not their fault the air did not work but I was not happy that I had to stop and put fuel in when I am trying to move.Michael L.

The online experience is horrible. I reserved the pickup and finished the order, got confirmation. Waited on your costumer service call back as it said online would call to confirm. After around an hour I logged back online as I Haden's got the call yet. It said I could check in online to save time at the pickup location. So I clicked to do it and finished the check in process. Instead of checking in it made a second reservation lol. Then I immediately got a call saying do you need 2 trucks and none were available. So I asked if they had a van or truck anywhere in the area. Guess they can not tell the area from zip codes as there is several cities connected here. So I told her the cities and she found a van for me and said it was al ready and she cancelled the other 2 reservations. So I go to get the van and it would not come up and said I was at the wrong pickup point as the . reservation was still pending at the other place, What? So she called U-Haul costumer service lol. Said it was cancelled now to start over. So again tried it and it went all way to paying to get denied as I could not have more than 1 order in my name? Holy Toledo! So she called costumer service again for the 3 rd time. Was told to do a walk in as ur system was haveing issues, really you figure. So that worked, finally right. Then took truck back to turn in and they charged me the final bill. Oh I am sorry she said but the charge glitched on the screen and backed up the page that says do not back up, lol. So consumer service again. She says it went now and she don't think it charged me twice but if it did she is sorry and it will be returned soon. Wow really again. If you look into my rentals with you you will see this same thing happened to the tune of over $800 in hold before. This time it only did it an extra 1 time so it was just an extra $220. Now I am wondering what you are getting for this mistake as it seems to be happening allot as you got me twice. Also do you ever plan on fixing your online system, check in system, and defiantly your over charging system as it is defiantly happening allot and needs fixed by your or an outside source needs to check into this payment process maybe.JAMMIE H.

They tried to charge me another day for being 30 minutes late tried to mandatorily charge me insurance for a vehicle I didn't even use told me I could not have the vehicle that they were charging me for so in essence they charge me for another day's use for a vehicle I never received and charged me Insurance on a vehicle I was never going to try and say that I owe them $45 this is ludicrous what company does thatChristina S.

The lady working there was pretty snippy with me when i asked if i would get a receipt to take with me that day. She seemed aggravated that she even needed to help us. I would NOT suggest this location to anyone else. If i didn't need the truck so badly at that moment ... I would have told her to cancel it and go to the one on International speedway.
