No There was no one there to receive the truck I parked the truck in the truck return lot. Try to make it easier for them for them to say that the truck was not at the same gas level

Niamh APicked up truck when center was closed. No where on booking does it tell you where the trucks are kept after hours. Looked around. Only confound big trucks - i rented a van. Was raining and no cover anywhere outside to do all the license uploading and picture taking and approval to get the key box code. i also Had to call the uhaul help center to find out where they had my van. It was in a lot across the street next to another company with no signage showing to go there. Maybe if it was sunny and not pouring rain these wouldn’t be as annoying issues as they were.
Stephanie LNo lights so couldn’t see lock to retrieve my key. Very difficult at night.

Tsitsi RThe location didn’t record my check in until 5 hours after my return, resulting in an extra day being charged to my credit card. They did tell the dispatch that I returned on time so I’m receiving a credit but I had to make calls to correct and now have to wait several days for a refund. This should not happen. Otherwise, friendly and easy drop off but very limited space to pull up and drop off.
Michael GI ordered an appliance dolly. I was given a regular dolly. I had to spend 20+ minutes on the phone and drive to another U-Haul location to get the right equipment.

Martin MSaturday 1 p entire facility locked truck was located in unattended lot across the street. Had to call and got lucky the rep knew the place and was helpful otherwise 1 star. Return to same lot NO LIGHTS. Very sketchy feeling
