Suzanne PFirst time I came in to rent a trailer, U-Haul website was down. The person trying to help me attempted to log on with 3 different appliances with no success. I had to return the next week. Everyone working there was as helpful as they could be and very apologetic.

DIXIE JI rented this enclosed trailer to keep my furniture dry. When I got to my destination everything was wet inside. Not happy. Also I declined the safe tow coverage and it was applied to my credit card. I am not happy with this transaction. Please refund my money as this is a total disaster

Lida BThe truck we picked up was filthy. There was dirt/dust very thick in the cab. There was garbage left on the floor. Someone had clearly had a dog in the cab….dog hair was everywhere. There didn’t appear to be any effort made to clean the cab area.
Misty JThere was confusion about the Uhaul truck and trailer. This was the fourth location and person I spoke with since I made my initial reservation. The location and pick-up time changed, and there was a mistake regarding the auto-trailer pick-up time. The check out took a very long time because there was confusion in the paperwork. I finally asked if she would please get things moving faster as I had help waiting to help me load the truck.
Mikki PThe U-haul agent was not available at the site at our designated pickup time 10:00 am. According to another employee at the host business the agent had just left and said they would be right back. This was at 9:55. We waited until 10:25 before asking the other employee to call the agent to see when they would be returning. At that point, the agent checked us out over the phone through the other employee. This delay along with the change of pickup location 30 miles away did not make for an optimal rental experience.
Mark BMy trailer came with an obvious beehive that should have been removed.. Blankets were not included even though I paid for them. My trailer was supposed to be picked up in Bend OR and U-Haul called me and told me to pick it up in LaPine OR instead. That's an extra 1.5 hours of driving, only to find out that no one at the Bend location had any clue why I was sent to LaPine since they (Bend) had many 6x12 trailers available. Really bad experience but U-Haul did the right thing by crediting me 50% due to their mistake of sending me to LaPine. A lot of this is not the fault of U-Haul LaPine; only the bees were their problem. The guy helping me hook up the trailer should have noticed that we were being swarmed by angry bees. I pulled over 5 miles away to see if the blankets were in the trailer. They weren't but the bigger problem was that the bee problem was still there. Worse. I assumed it was a problem at their shop, not with the trailer but it turned out it was with the trailer. I was attacked by angry swarm. I drove straight to Bend UHaul to switch out the trailer.
MICHAEL MClean the interior cab of the truck. Spilled soda pop and dirty floors. Just gross to have to travel 5 hours in other peoples mess. A quick vacuum and a wipe down goes a long way.

I was in and out quickly, returned the truck after hours (not super impressed with the after-hours return process, but that isn't necessarily the fault of the location; U-Haul needs to have better instructions about initiating the checkout process BEFORE dropping the key in the lockbox), and received my receipt the next morning.

Kristin CThey charged me $169 days after drop off when no other charges should have occured. They also lied about the drop off time. They made me return equipment at 10 am.. when we returned the equipment they rushed me through cleaning out the cab.
Lauren EThe truck was dirty at pick up. It required a trip to the car wash prior to moving my friends apartment. Additionally the truck was in need of servicing, as it struggled changing gears, causing sudden drops to the RPMs. Otherwise the location is convenient, and online pickup was simple and easy.
