I needed the truck early and chose a close location with early hours on purpose. Then the reservation got changed to an unmanned location, and the app would not work to do the supposed easy pick up - that process gets a negative 1000 rating from me! The local number was not answered. The traffic management number that changed it all in the first place did not answer. I finally called the original desired location in desperation, and they did a fantastic job calming me down and getting the system to work for me. I will never be in favor of a remote location! You can keep your app and easy impersonal avoidance of customers! I'm old and appreciate true customer service, like I received from the store in Ammon. I also wish U-Haul would commit to the store we ask for. It makes other suppliers look better and better when we never know where we will actually be able to get equipment.

Very friendly and easy to work with. Call ahead to make sure they will be in office, but they will be there when you need them to be. Just communicate. Fantastic service.

There was nobody there at 1045 am and only a sign with a phone number that nobody answered even with both myself and my wife calling from two different phones AND no response to voice mails left.
