Nobody there when we returned the truck.Took us several hours just to contact a rep on returning rental. Holiday wkend, but 2 days later I received word from Uhaul all was ok & complete.

LARRY J.I was originally scheduled to pick up the equipment in Texarkana at bubba greens towing but when I arrived they had rented the equipment to someone else and I had to drive 30 miles out of the way to pick up a replacement. Did not receive an apology or regret simply "we rented it to someone else". Guess having a confirmation really doesn't mean they are going to keep it for you if someone else shows up first. VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Ismael D.Lack of communication! I had to call 5 times trying to find the truck that was not where it was suppose to be. Spent over an hour with reservations and local rental companies. Needed it for less than 200 mile but was charge for 431. Only had 3/4 tank but was told to fill it up when returned. I have never dealt with a company so unorganized. Every customer is your paycheck is what I tell my employees and my sales have increased every year!

Rhianna M.Location was closed when i went to pick up truck. Owner called on morning of my move saying his kids that denisit appt. Tried calling when i received the message no answer. He left no cell number to reach him or time he would return. I had to call U haul directly, they had to track him down so he could come and give me the truck. This delayed my move by 3 hours. Had to pack the following day also due to lack of daylight. Poorly ran business will never use u haul again. And no apologies were given to me. Terrible experience!!!

MARY R.I returned the equipment as I was told to do but they refused to take the equipment told me that I had to take the equipment to another location in Ashdown which I did that location was closed for 2 days according to the sign for Spring Break. I left the equipment there So I wouldn't be charged extra for not have the equipment to use further. However U-haul is charging me anyway. I am filing a report against U-Haul with the Better Business Bureau and will seek relief for monetary loss caused by U-Haul
EUGENE G.The original truck they were going to give us was dirty so we asked for another one. We were suppose to have 12 furniture pads and they had none. Was told none had come in on a truck they had taken in, this business needs to have pads on site for rental.
