They had my car towed and the sign says no parking except for patrons, which clearly I was, it’s on my receipt and have pics and videos of sign about towing, which says unless you are a patron! Screwed my whole weekend up because they weren’t open on Sunday and charged me 325. To tow my car less than a mile! Total scammers. Do they expect you to cross a major road to park in someone else’s lot? There was snow and ice all over! This is a huge stain on uhaul as I had to drive the van longer and put more mileage on it because they took my car! Every uhaul I ever used told me if I could put my car where the rental was and replace in same position when I returned it. The worst experience ever! If you want to help the next customer, close down this garbage location! I will be taking this to court.
DANNY MI only drove 3 miles and I put 8 dollars gas in and they still over charged me, for gas and miles I will never go there again unless I get some money back

DANNY MI dropped off the rental with 3/4 full tank of gas having only traveled 107 miles and was not credited the fuel, but I am certain if the amounts were reversed we would have been charged.

SCOTT SHi, We took the van 20 minutes late due to application getting stuck and the password lock couldn't open hence also called helpline, however it got opened once we hung up, but got us late.

JERSON AGreg at castle collision was helpful and professional. Uhaul changed my pickup location and time but didn't update me. I called and was disconnected multiple times only to have Greg tell me next day 6am pickup was available. I was pleased with the vehicle and Greg but the rest was lacking.
