I only drove 3 miles and I put 8 dollars gas in and they still over charged me, for gas and miles I will never go there again unless I get some money back

The pickup spot is wonderful. But you should have a business rate available, I can’t use you all the time because it’s too expensive.

DANNY MI dropped off the rental with 3/4 full tank of gas having only traveled 107 miles and was not credited the fuel, but I am certain if the amounts were reversed we would have been charged.

JERSON AGreg at castle collision was helpful and professional. Uhaul changed my pickup location and time but didn't update me. I called and was disconnected multiple times only to have Greg tell me next day 6am pickup was available. I was pleased with the vehicle and Greg but the rest was lacking.
