The one renting trailer out couldn’t get it in right even though we had reservations and took 30 mins then door and license plate were bent up not in great shape

Customer needs to deal with head man only,no one else knows what they are doing.
HOWARD RTold them I bought extra days and turned the truck and trailer in early and wanted a refund for unused days they seemed clueless so as far as I’m concerned it’s a rip off racket and will be reporting it to the better business bureau

judith jIf you commit to having equipment, have it and know where it is! I arrived on schedule and although the truck was available, the car trailer and all of the dollies and blankets not only didn't exist, they initially claimed that the items weren't ON THE INVOICE. (They all were!)

Told them I-man dont need the competition and to step off with serveral.other superlatives. They threatened I-man with removal and escalation all due to the fact they had no equipment. I-man had to drive a 3 hour roundtrip to get equipment after a supervisor from okc called Ini Your facility in Norman Oklahoma needs to be retrained in Customer service

Claude BGentleman that checked me in was very helpful there was a bunch of extra charges and some double charges and he immediately got on the phone and got it resolved and informed rep on the phone that the dolly rental needed to be reversed and waited on the phone until she was done.
dallas lThe lady who did my paperwork said the truck was at 3/8 on the fuel but is was at 1/4. She also asked how far my trip will be one way. I had to clean out the trailer it really stunk, during the pre trip I noticed the coolant and oil was low. The lady at the front desk said I would have to fill it when I called. I filled the fuel back to the level I got it at when I dropped it off and returned the key they tried to charge me 53.00 more dollars. I told the guy I have videos and pictures of the before and after drop off of the moving truck but he didn’t believe me because the lady at the front desk put in the wrong information.

Christopher WHave full services & educated personel at all U-Haul rental sites. These side-line add-ons to another business are not adequate. In the old days, with the old Ford trucks that couldn't get out of their own way, the trucks had air-ride rear axles where the air could be dumped to drop the rear deck height for loading. This feature needs to be brought back for a more gentle ride for one's belongings & lower slope of the loading ramp.

Christopher WEverything from the start was very difficult to manage. Not specifying if the price was for the whole day. I also remember having a dolly on my order and for some reason when they gave us the uhaul it didnt come with one. We were also basically conned by the pricing of the mileage gauge. Even though we only used it for 4 miles yall still billed us for basically almost $30 dollars more because for some reason we were suppose to make sure that the gas is half a tank that it should be back on the same half a tank. While we only used 4 miles and how the fuel gauge was almost quarter half empty was still in question. All in all a very unpleasant experience and situation. If and for the next time someone move and wants a recommendation? I would most definitely NOT RECOMMEND UHAUL OR THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I really hope we can get a refund but that’s probably not going to happen!

ELLERY CIt wasn't the location I reserved for. It was 45 minutes away from there. My trailer was in ANOTHER location, so I ended up paying more the the wrong kind of trailer. There was dog hair in the cab of the truck and it was not cleaned.

TONI MHe charged me a gas fee even though I had replaced the appropriate amount! I took pictures of mileage and gas before I left with the truck and when i returned it ! It had appropriate amount but he insisted it did not!

JIMMY HWhen a person checks in online and pays for the truck rental, it should secure the location of pickup at that time. People have to plan a move, people to help etc. pickup locations and times play a key part in that process.

Robin DWe drive 30 min out of our way to get a uncovered trailer. We get there and they don’t have the uncovered trailers which is why we drove the 3o minutes out of the way to begin with. Then the guy can’t get his computer to work so I had to do everything by phone and take a covered trailer that I didn’t want. Then the hitch is broke on the trailer. So we have to wait for them to get us another trailer. We were there well over an hour for a trailer that we didn’t want and paid extra for said trailer. I have used uhaul for over 30 years. I was very disappointed with this rental and may look elsewhere when looking to rent moving equipment.
