The U-Haul trailers are visible on the main street. And it's a good thing b/c you'll walk around open a few doors, mostly locked. Prepare for extra time as you search for any U-Haul guys. It's not the obvious, closed building, neither is it the 2nd next building. Ask around in the hardware store, and you're getting warmer. There's a tiny dark room big enough for a couple U-Haul guys. Ask them if they work at the store or what. I recommend hanging a big sign on the front of the hardware store with U-Haul images, and a big sign on Main street by the trailers saying "drive around to the store and ask for Jimmy" with a big arrow.

Eduardo GCustomer service and the Uhaul itself was fine, just do NOT be late! I rented a trailer for 24 hours for $29. I was an hour and a half late, got charged $40 for that hour and a half! That is crazy that it cost more for one and a half hour than the original 24 hours.
Joseph FMy experience w U-Haul over the past few days was wonderful. I did not know what to expect but in the end was very pleased and impressed. I had the privilege of interacting w four representatives: James at Castle Valley Supply in Huntington, Lisa in Price, Tiffany in Salt Lake City over the phone, and Mary at Marina Cove in American Fork. Each of them are excellent examples of customer service and friendliness. I would also add patience because I think I can be over focused on asking details, but I never felt burdensome. All were even-tempered and kind, each adding their unique attributes and functions to a complimentary whole. The equipment was exactly what I needed and performed perfectly (& I love the 30-min LED light inside the back!). As a first-time renter I was unsure how it would play out, but between making customer-friendly corrections & accommodations while making me feel unintrusive & comfortable, these four provided a great impression and helpful service, and I would feel at ease recommending U-Haul. Additionally I might add that once I became familiar with the how and what to expect, I then have already reserved another truck to complete my move. Kudos and sincere thanks to each and all.
