Nobody was on the entrance I saw a guy working there on one of the little white square trailers but he never tried to help me or make eye contact not even say welcome kinda rude my be the heat stress
Lydia JHello, so I used U-Haul in 2019 from Texas to California, I since got a new phone number. So, I got all the invoices and receipts for someone else that now has that phone number. INSTEAD of actually using that persons name and information U-Haul automatically sent that to me? HOW ABOUT UPDATING THE INFORMATION IN YOUR SYSTEM SO THAT MY INFORMATION ISN'T ON SOMEONE ELSE'S RECEIPT. IF YOU SEE THAT THE PHONE NUMBER AND PERSON INFORMATION IS NOT THE SAME WOULD'NT IT BE IMPORTANT TO UPDATE THAT INFORMATION? ISN'T THAT YOUR JOB? NOW I HAVE THIS REVIEW/SURVEY THAT I DON'T NEED AND THE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY USED YOUR SERVICES DIDN'T GET TO REVIEW OR SURVEY THE SERVICES THEY RECEIVED. THAT IS JUST BAD BUSINESS! UPDATE THE INFORMATION IN YOUR SYSTEM TO THE CORRECT PERSON. I DID CALL THE ARIZONA LOCATION AND INFORMED THEM I HAD GOTTEN THEIR RECEIPT AND THEY CONFIRMED I HAD GOTTEN IT IN ERROR DUE TO THE PHONE NUMBER BEING PART OF THEIR SYSTEM, BUT INSTEAD OF CORRECTING FOR THE ACTUAL CUSTOMERS INFORMATION THEY LEFT IT AND NOW HERE WE ARE? FIX THIS SO IT REFLECTS THE CORRECT CUSTOMER. YOU ARE A MOVING ORGANIZATION SO WHY NOT REALIZE THAT PEOPLE MOVE AND THINGS CHNAGE LIKE PHONE NUMBERS AND NEED TO BE UPDATED! DUH HELLO IT IS GENIUS ALMOST REVOLUTIONARY RIGHT "UPDATE" THE INFORMATION. IF THE PERSONS NAME, ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD OR BANK IS DIFFERENT THEN IT STANDS THAT IT IS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PERSON AND THAT RECORD NEED UPDATING!

KELLI GU-Haul picked the farthest location from the address I provided. It was very inconvenient driving there and then there was not a drive through option to disconnect like all the previous drop off locations had. I spent 10-20 minutes trying to back in the trailer on a gravel surface to disconnect. The staff were friendly and helpful but this was not ideal for me personally.
