U-Haul picked the farthest location from the address I provided. It was very inconvenient driving there and then there was not a drive through option to disconnect like all the previous drop off locations had. I spent 10-20 minutes trying to back in the trailer on a gravel surface to disconnect. The staff were friendly and helpful but this was not ideal for me personally.
