I dropped my rental off on Saturday December 20th at 8:17am with Time stamped photos. I stopped by the store on Monday December 22nd because my rental contract had not been closed out a the owner told me to call uhaul customer service. After speaking to scheduling, another location and customer service I finally got a closed contract days after I returned only to find I was charged for extra days when I didn’t even have the unit 24 hours. This is absolutely unacceptable and terrible customer service.
