While my overall experience was good, the UHaul app in terms of drop off was confusing and especially difficult. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the app was necessary for after hours drop off.

Pick up was lengthy with many requirements. Drop off was without attendance by an agent. I’m glad there were problems after the drop off.
